Annotation Chihai Victoria, "Medical rehabilitation of patients with rheumatoid arthritis according to disability and disease activity", doctoral thesis in medical sciences, Chisinau, 2021. The thesis is exposed on 153 electronic text pages, 95 basic text pages, consisting of : introduction, 4 chapters, conclusions and practical recommendations, the bibliographic index cites 264 literary sources. The thesis is illustrated with 21 tables, 35 figures, 12 annexes. The results obtained were played in 17 scientific publications, 3 innovative certificates. Key words: rheumatoid arthritis (AR), medical rehabilitation, physiotherapy methods, kinetotherapy, occupational terapy. Field of study: medical rehabilitation and physical medicine. The purpose of the study aimed at developing and estimating the effectiveness of medical rehabilitation programs for patients with arthritis, depending on functional disability and the degree of activity of the disease. Objectives of the study: Estimation of the clinical-functional peculiarity of patients with rheumatoid arthritis in relation to functional disability and the degree of activity of the disease. Selecting means and methods of medical rehabilitation with the identification of optimal combinations for medical rehabilitation programs for rheumatoid arthritis according to disability functional and disease activity. Evaluation of the effectiveness of medical rehabilitation programs with kinetotherapic techniques and occupational therapy developed for patients with rheumatoid arthritis according to functional disability and disease activity. Estimation of the impact of rehabilitation programs combined with kinetotherapy techniques and occupational therapy on life quality in patients with rheumatoid arthritis according to functional disability and disease activity. News and scientific originality. From an analytical study for the first time, the efficiency of the combined medical rehabilitation program in patients with AR was assessed. The results of the research have enabled the selection of medical rehabilitation methods and techniques and the establishment of optimal combinations in medical rehabilitation programs in patients with would depend on the degree of functional disability. The important scientific problem solved in the thesis. The study analyzed and evaluated clinical manifestations and impairment of articular functionality in patients with AR and tested the effectiveness of the combined treatment with the conventional rehabilitation and the scheme of the integrated approach of the patient with AR by the rehabilitologist. Theoretical significance of the work. By estimating the clinical and functional peculiarities of the disease and the articular disabilities esteriorized in the chronic process of rheumatoid arthritis, the study contributed to the formation of a new concept in the complex medical rehabilitation approach of rheumatoid arthritis in the Republic of Moldova. The applied value. The results will serve as a basis for developing local and general recovery treatment programs with improving the quality of medical rehabilitation services. Implementation of results. The results of the study were included in the clinical activity of the Unversitary Center of Medical Rehabilitation by implementing three innovative acts and didactic activity of the Department of Medical Rehabilitation, Physical Medicine and Manual Therapy, USMF "Nicolae Testemitanu".
