Summary

The Doctor’s Degree thesis is a planned curriculum for colleges aimed at an efficient technician-builder training.

The technician-builder training requires to be brought up-to-date and it served as the main reason to start the research activity in the field of didactic technological models elaboration.

The curriculum theoretical foundations must be determined beginning with the initial stage evaluation of the instructive process, establishing the psycho-pedagogical references in projection and its curriculum in action.

The projection activity determined the research didactic, technology models’ elaboration and professional technician-builder training.

The professional exigencies were tackled within the evolution “from candidate to student-graduate” with structures, components and requirements in the curriculum context.

The planned stage foresees an algorithm of actions related to each other. The planned technology elaboration is achieved through training needs evolution, proper projection, implementation, evaluation and revision.

The didactic technology through curriculum components is aimed at an gnosiological system values, praxeology and axiology skills training.

The technological didactic model leads to operative objectives “to know”, “to know to do” , “to know to be” within the instructive process as a whole achieving the curriculum components of the key issues.

The experimental context confirms the hypotheses through model project curriculum elaboration and didactic staff support preparation, social partners and other beneficiaries.

The curriculum designers are recommended to respect the sequence of teaching needs - evaluation, projection, examination, implementation, evaluation and revision through a functional and methodological coherence centering on teaching subject, ensuring a medium stage of complexity through objectives, teaching standards and proper content selection.

Social partners on the Teaching Needs Evaluation criterion basis will be able to design the initial and perspective professional standard of the specialists in the field of heat and gas supply.

The curriculum efficiency will facilitate the professional activity of the didactic staff concerning projection: Standards-objectives-content, didactic activity projection, instructive teaching aids elaboration; Concerning teaching: Centering on teaching subject, the gnosiological, praxeology and axiology training system; Concerning learning: Innovative approach, didactic technology implementation in the curriculum context; Concerning evaluation: Formative techniques utilization during the research itinerary.

The learning activity will be ensured through adequate curriculum products.

The research work emphasized the theoretical and paraxial values concerning projection, curriculum implementation aimed at technician-builder training.
