Summary

The tratement of breast cancer has vast number of antineoplasm measures that include polichemotherapy, radiotherapy, hormonotherapy, surgical tratement which directly or indirectly may have not only curative effect but may provoke a severe influence on cardiovasculary, bronhopulmonary, hepatorenaly, fluidocoagulant and endocrin systems.

The somatic cardiovascular, bronhopulmonar, nutritional, hemostasic and fluidocoagulant sphere of all the patients has been studied where a number of unbance has been traced out which needs the administration of preoperatory treatment for the sollution of these problems algorithms of treatment and preoperatory behaviour have been elaborated.

The actuality of the problem consiste in tho fact that in present more and cases of breast cancer are being traced out but unfortunately more and more patients are traced out too late with an advance stage of desease, very often on the background of some severe deseases which in itself are a great danger for these patients, but in spite of oll, they need antineoplasic treatment, the goal being curative as well as improving the quality of life of these pacients.

The present thesis represents the results of somatic a research performed on a number of 570 pacients of breast cancer, which were surgically operated on breast and who passed neoplsical treatement according to different schemes. All the patients weke divided in 3 groups depending on the previous antineoplasic treatment and comparatively the somatic sphere of the breast cancer with different degree expanding of local cancer process has been studied.

The implementation of the shemes of treatement and the elaboration of the algorithm of estimation of the somatic sphere permitted the minimalisation of the periperation risk and it made it possible for a number of the pacients to pass from the group of nonoperable because of the simultanious pleseases in the group of the conditional operable and operable.
