Summary

Work consists of 3 chapters and 9 paragraphs, and its devoted to problems arising in connection with the state management in the field of maintenance of a public order.

In the first chapter, the author consistently and logically considers concept of the social order, the law and order and a role of a lawful state of warranting in a society of conditions for optimum realization by all members of its societies of needs and interests.

Here, the concept of a public order its elements and risks putting in danger a public order are considered.

The second the chapter is intended to the general questions of management in the field of maintenance of a public order, concepts and components of public management, external management in the field of maintenance of a public order are consistently considered, then the system of bodies of a public order in some foreign countries is considered.

In the third chapter questions of the general problems concerning the maintenance of activity on maintenance of public order are considered, the system of bodies of a public order in Republic Moldova and Romania: their legal status, the status of 'the personnel, internal organizational structure their financing and material support are also considered. Some problems of internal management of bodies providing a public order have also been and lyzed. Principles with which bodies ensuring public order should be guided, are considered in detail.

In the conclusion the author summaries and offers directed on improvement of management in the field of maintenance of a public order, and also management of the state bodies ensuring public order.
