Summary

The effective treatment of tumoral affection of bladder and prostate depends on precision of determination of local spread degree of process. The X ray investigation of vesiculography elements permits the revealing characteristic alteration of seminal vesicles. The vesiculography was preformed by 151 patients with tumoral alteration of bladder and prostate. The tumaral alteration of the bladder was revealing by 75 patients (with T3 – 42, T4 – 37) and 59 patients with prostate cancer (T3 – 23, T4 – 29 patients). The radiological alterations semiotic are presented by functional and morphological signs. In case bladder cancer the increasing of intervesicular angle was determined by 28% bladder cancer patients in the group with T4, at 16, 2% the vertical displace of seminal system was revealed by 72% of T3 cases and 54% of T4 cases, the unilateral destruction of seminal vesicle in T4 was revealed in 62% cases. The sensibility of method for T3 stage constitute 75% and for T4 stage is 86,2%. The extracapsular spreading of prostate tumor increase the intervesicular angle in 70% cases of T3 and 53, 6% in T4. The vesiculoampular transition displace is characteristic only for prostate cancer. The comparative evaluation of vesiculography with other methods (USG, computer tomography urography, angiography, phlebography) revealed the advantage of vesiculography comparative to phlebography in T3 stage of prostate cancer. The using of intraoperative vesiculography permits to high the effectiveness of surgical method in. It is recommended the using of vesiculography in accordance with algorithm elaborated by us and it is performed in the day following USG and CT.
