Intellectual products, scientific knowledge, information, professional, scientific, spiritual and cultural potential of a society become today the motive power of economic growth, and also define the competitiveness of national manufacture.
Integrated study of intellectual property, its features and problem of formation, use and man-agement of intellectual property in modern economy on micro- and macroeconomic levels, in view of global tendencies is carried out, and also the mechanism of solution of these problems is defined within the work.
Research is carried out within political economy and economic doctrines, but in view of their interrelation with other sciences like philosophy, history, law, political science, sociology, cognitive science, informatics, finance, marketing, management, insurance, etc., that gives interdisciplinary character to this research.
Theoretical generalizations are based on works of economists, philosophers and lawyers under the theory of the property, theory of “post-industrialism” and "information", researches of transformation processes in Republic of Moldova, specific economic development on problems of the organization and management of the enterprises and organizations.
In the theoretical plan systematization of concepts of intellectual property, revealing of its forms, substantiation of thesis about multi-subjectness of attitudes of intellectual property and of consecutive splitting of the property rights to the intellectual product between creator, state and the firm, determination of modern problems of intellectual property and mechanism of their solu-tion are of interest.
Materials of study can be used in development of acts, related to problems of perfection of atti-tudes in the field of intellectual property; in development of strategy of intellectual property’s man-agement at national and corporate levels; in centers and consulting enterprises, in compilation of lec-tures about economic theory, management of intellectual property.
