Summary

The present research is dedicated to the problem of development of motives for learning the Mathematics by the secondary school pupils. In the work the versatile and complex aspect of the motivational problem is dedicated and there are studied the mutual relations between motivation and needs, the relations between distinct needs, the process of the development of needs and there are listed the components, which are able to create the structure of the distinct motives and the components of the motivation is the school environment.

The theoretical dimension of the investigation form the dependence of motivation system on degree of validity of the methodology of his applications. In particular, the principal role play the definition of optimal moment of the using the motivation systems of the learning the distinct divisions of school algebra, the adaption extent of the motivation system to school curriculum, his suitability to the process of teaching the mathematics.

In the process of preparation and realization of the pedagogical experiment there are elicited the peculiarities of the development of the motivation of teaching the Mathematics, which are argued from the psycho-pedagogical point of view. The elaborated motivation system has an affective influence on conditions of the development of motivation of teaching the mathematics and includes the teaching scheme, the versions of arrange of lessons and of individual activity. The given results and their statistical processing confirm the efficiency of the elaborated system.

The elaborated research can be applied in the educational process in schools.
