The necessity of reforming the system of training of professional personnel of highest group is caused by market requirements and modern tendencies in education, which become apparent in change of hierarchy of educational aims: from centrism knowledge to centrism man, to the priority of personality development.
In the given study primary technological and artistic technological training of students of clothing specialization as multivariate integral subsystem of general occupational training of engineers of clothing manufacture, which consists of three main components: motivational-semantic, substantial and operational, that corresponds to the triunity of educational process as learning processes, processes of education and creative development of personality.
On the basis of analysis and generalization of the experience of formation and maintenance of cognitive interest of personality, development of its creative potential, means of formation technological and artistic knowledge and abilities, creation of psychological pedagogical conditions for execution of effective educational activity, taking into account specific character of students’ age in the first courses of education, there was elaborated pedagogic model of the primary technological and artistic-technological training of clothing profile students. At the projection of model there were examined all main components of pedagogical system: aims, principles, contents, forms, methods, conditions, education means. During adaptation of pedagogic model elements of problem-modular education and rating system of knowledge evaluation were used in the practical training of future engineers of clothing manufacture.
The analysis of characteristic features of a creative personality which create the subjective prerequisites for successful technological and artistic-creative activity at initial stage of learning of ready-made garments technology served as a base for elaboration of the method of diagnostics of personality’s initial potential and products of students’ creative activity.
Qualitative and qualitative analysis of the received results confirms efficiency of elaborated pedagogic model.
