Summary

The aim of the present investigation was centred round the sperm production particularities study on boars under the influence of different technological systems and bioactive preparations: BioR – obtained through the biological synthesis directed from the microalgae Spirulina platensis and from the biopreparations M 22, MK-1, M 3 – obtained from the Streptomyces levoris CNMN-Ac-01 strain.

It was proved that the sperm production level of boars is influenced by the season. In summer, comparatively to other seasons, it is considerably reduced both qualitative and quantitative indexes of the seminal material.

At the same time in a series of experiences it was established that the reproductive boars could be included at the reproduction in the artificial insemination technology at the age of 7 months. The evaluation of sperm production indexes confirm these conclusions.

It was set out that the regime of exploitation of boars influences the indexes of sperm production. The most superior results were acquired in the moderate regime of the sperm gathering at 5 days interval.

Through the mediation of a succesion of biological tests it was proved that the alga biopreparation BioR administered in muscle in a dose of 0,3 ml/100 kg on a life mass, contributes to the increase of the volume and of the number of spermatozoons biologically complete in the ejaculation.

The results of fecundity tests of the sows after insemination with the gathered sperm from the experimented boars denote that the given preparation influences beneficently on the spermatogenesis.

It was confirmed the possibility of using the biologically active preparations obtained from metabolites Streptomyces levoris CNMN-Ac-01 strain in the technology of sperm conservation „in vitro” at the temperature 16-18º C, during 4-58 days without diminishing the fecundity ability
