Summary

The research is based on 71 pacients whit perinatal encephalopathy (PE) and rezidual encephalopathy (RE), 15 – with cerebral palsy infaltile (CPI) atonic-astatic form, 30 - with peripheral flaccid paralysis (PFP) and 30 – healthy children. The aim of this resears, to study some clinical pecularities, neuroimagistic, neurophysiological and treatment of floppy neurogenic child syndrome. (FNCS).

Taking into consideration that as part of this syndrome can be affected the central nervous system (CNS) and the peripherical nervous system (PNS), on the basis of the received results of clinical examination, neuroimagistic and neurophysiological was made a differential diagnosis within the lesions of central nervous system and peripherical nervous system.

For intracerebral affection, specific feature is the generalization of main clinical sign: muscular hypotonicity, hypokinesia and hipo or hyperrefletion. For PFP, the muscular hypotonicity, hypokinesia and hypo- or arreflection are presentedin affected limb. The changes of neuroimagistic parameters ( the morphopatological – intracerebral modification ) were traced out in the FNCS of cenral origin. It was established the dimensions dependence of forefontanel with brain and the level of calcium in serum. The diminution of the neurophysiological parameters with the diffuse character represents encephalopathies of the newborn, residual and the cerebral paralysis. These modification, at the patiens with peripherical flaccid paralysis, show the localization of the process in the upper or inferior limb' s nerves and the severity of process.

The reserch distinuished two new principles of treatment: the principle of incontinuity and the acceleration principle of nervous system maturity. The important improvement of the general state of the patiens wits affections both the central nervous system and the peripherical nervous system, clinical and paraclinical sign, was obtained through the treatment method with Maturinol, comparatively with that made up peripherical nervous system from routine remedies. The precocious recovery of the intelectual disturbances with the development of the psychomotorical acquisition can be obtained because of benefical action upon suprasegmentary – autonomous apparatus in result of giving Gerovital H3.
