of the telecommunication workers at different stages of the work’s cycle

Actuality is based on the fact that the investigations on the cycles in research the different telecommunications departments practically they are not reflected in the literature of the complex study of the CC operator’s and IS health. The specialty physiological investigations of CNS, VNS, NMS indexes, 4 times: there were performed at the beginning; after 2 work hours, before dinner and before 20 – 30 min to the finishing of works cycles. The modifications of the VNS confirm the gradual decrease adaptation degree (SI) that is considering as tiredness. The biochemical investigations confirmed the dynamics physiological deviation. The comparative characteristics of the visual analyzator show that all operations proceeded with difficulties (CC). The modifications of visual analyzator at the operators CC had a more favorable character. The proffesiogramme demonstrates that at the CC operators work in a stabile favorable regime for formation of dynamic stereotype: they work on the shift 8 hours; the work is connected with the textual material rich in figures; they constantly change look to the direction “screen – keyboard – document”. In IS operators work in a closed cycle (4 working days and 2 free days) at the 2 and 3 shift an 8 hours a day, talking with abonents, they use the telephone’s set, this fact leads to the excessive exploitation to ear. The chronometrage was show that in work of the CC operators uses a definite volume of information. The operators orders IS depend of the number of signal’s received from the telephone set, included the composition “signal – answer”, they have frequency of orders more low. During 2001 – 2005years, the middle level of MWTY in the 100 operators formed in CC operators – 84.5 + 7.38 cases with 1412.8 + 133.7 days with in IS – 89.12 + 6.5 cases with 157.0 + 158.4 days WTY; at the persons from the model party – 50.2 + 2.1 cases with 795.0 + 44.1 days with WTY, but in the operators from the republic – 48.51 + 2.2 cases with 721.6 + 26.2 days with WTY. In the structure of disease on classes predominantly are observed the following CC operators – disease of respiratory and circulatory system, in the group of the diseases of the bone – joint system; in the IS operators – diseases of the respiratory and circulatory system; urinary – sexual and nervous system. The analyses showed that the operator’s health depend on the work’s conditions: compelled position, hypo-dynamics, monotony, the modifications light, professiographical oral movement, using of the telephone set, the emotions, etc. The measures primary warming, there were elaborated document was confirmed “Methodical recommendations in the operators works medicine”.
