In the present work Sadoveanian’s model and the Basarabian’s prose the author makes a complex analysis of the Sadoveanu’s model and the prose from Basarabia – the subject being partly approached, interpreted mainly monologically. The discourse in the Sadoveanu’s key and its direct and indirect impacts on writers from Basarabia (Gh. V. Madan, P. Gore, S. M. Nica, I. Druţă, G. Malarciuc, L. Istrati, S. Lesnea, I. Burghiu, V. Ciobanu, etc.) is a fundamental problem for understanding the evolution of Basarabian prose, of establishing the modernist paradigm.
Among numerous aspects and issues which are set by the Sadoveanu’s narrative model mainly illustrated in Hanu Ancuţei, Baltagul, Fraţii Jderi and Creanga de aur, in Basarabian writers’ prose the emphasis is laid on the most representative ones.
In the work there are reflected: narrative nuclei, diegetic model, dialogistic of literary discourse, narrative histories which compose the novel’s multicolored World, intertextuality, autodiegetic narration, myths, historical novel’ chronotop are the most frequent pillars in reconstruction of the novel’s space and narration.
Historical novel, which is founded here by Sadoveanu, has been studied as „a pluristylistic, plurilingual and plurivocal one”, a general text which meets, absorbs and integrates a typology of texts in a memorable ars combinatoria of languages, voices and styles.
Mihail Sadoveanu is an artist of story telling in a literary created language. It occupies a privileged place in prose criticism.
Intertextuality is a lucid, deliberate act of Sadoveanu and I. Druţă’s, both writers who build their texts as a lucid reply to other texts.
Plurilinguism has been explored and valued in the author’s discourse, characters’ speech, interlinked genres etc. Types of languages compose the genres of discourse, and the dialogic nature of Sadoveanu and Druţă’s prose is revealed on the most representative texts.
M. Sadoveanu’s impact on Basarabian writers is illustrated under different aspects in the writings of V. Ioviţă, L. Istrati, V. Ciobanu, and especially in those of I. Druţă. Mihail Sadoveanu, together with Ion Creangă, Liviu Rebreanu, Camil Petrescu, is a catalyzing model in configuration of modernist and postmodernist paradigms.
