Summary

“Development tendencies and economic growth in the agricultural sector” The doctoral dissertation is dedicated to some theoretical, methodological and practical aspects relevant for the development and economic efficiency growth in the agricultural sector of the Republic of Moldova. To this end, based on investigations, analysis and history of the issue, the content of the strategic concept, tendencies of development and economic growth, tasks, phases and factors of economic growth are studied. A particular attention is paid to the factors, conditions and peculiarities of the agricultural economic crises. The processes of economic growth are presented in the language of symbols and graphics, a method contributing to the more profound analysis study and determination of the dependency among different factors influencing the economic growth. A special place is destined here to the peculiarities of agriculture and the agricultural relations specific, their emphasizing in the study process and the elaboration of the agricultural development and economic growth strategy. Furthermore, there are investigated the level of development and growth of the national economy in the period of 2000-2007, the identification of changes of economic indicators as result of intensive development, the estimation of necessary rhythms of economic growth and their comparison with the real ones. A great attention is paid to the tendencies of growing and the way of measuring the economic performances in agriculture, where the growth and recession rhythms of the main quantitative indicators and partially factorials are estimated. The indicators (six groups) suggested by the author comprise and characterize fully the economic performance of the agricultural unit. 161 The author on the basis of influence factors presents graphically the architecture of the economic growth trajectory in the agricultural units, reasoning the causes of the slow and unstable agricultural development. The thesis includes the analysis of the efficient use of material resources as an economic growth source, the necessary actions to increase the plant and animal productivity, there is studied the efficiency of the efforts in territorial profile, there is elaborated and proposed a new method of differentiating the norms of the economic growth at the enterprise level depending on the soil quality. In the paper there are suggested some reasoned directions of economic growth management through: the system of parameters, factor modeling, planning, establishment of the system growth region, elaboration of the trajectory of optimal growth of the agricultural economy, utilization of the mathematical aspect in projecting the economic growth, planning of subsidizes through the norms elaborated by the author and by using the correlation and regression method of influencing some factors on the increase of the economic efficiency.
