The purpose and objectives of the work: developing a theoretical and methodological bases for the purpose of interpretation of culture organizations as a determinant of their success in business, in the post-accession to the European Union, highlighting the importance of the elements that make up culture and the kind of culture shaped the organization of modern management practice, participatory and involved in obtaining long-term competitive advantage.

The methodology of scientific research: was used for statistical analysis, statistical clustering, induction and deduction, comparison, evolutionary approach historical.

Novelty and originality of scientific: The thesis is a systematic research of the phenomenon of culture of the organization; it is one of the first attempts for analyzing changes in the benefits from globalization, social and economic reforms and the integration of Romania into the EU on culture organizations

Theoretical significance: synthesis of existing theoretical concepts on the culture of organizations, development and use of a diagnostic culture organization. The analysis of cultural organizations, developed by the author, can be used in diagnosis and culture organizations in suggesting ways to improve it.
