The thesis is formed from 148 typescript pages. It is classical divided into following compartments: introduction, 4 chapters, and general conclusions, and recommendations, bibliography from 206 titles, 8 annexes, and 104 pages of basis text, 14 tables, and 50 figures. Obtained results are published in 9 scientific papers, it is obtained one brevet of invention.
Aims: To optimize rehabilitation of edentulous patients.
Objectives: Elaboration of the insertion method of dental implants in two surgical times, without elevation of the muco periosteal flap; elaboration of the devise for the facilitation of the implants insertion; elaboration of the minim invasive methods of the discovery of the dental implants at the second surgical stage; evaluation of the post operative period; evaluation of the gingival regeneration; clinical radiological evaluation of the peri implant bone.
Methods of the scientific research: Comparative study between obtained results at the end osseous dental implants insertion by elaborated and standard methods.
Scientific novelty and originality: It was elaborated a new minim invasive method of dental implants insertion with a benefic effect for rehabilitation of patients with diverse edentulous status. To facilitate application of the method a new special device was invented.
Theoretical importance and applicative value of the work: At the application of the proposed method it was proved: possibilities of the complete cover of the implants by gingival per secundum regeneration, protective effect of the flapless surgery to the cortical peri implant bone, early and efficient rehabilitation of the patients and possibility of the osseointegration of the implants.
Implementation of the scientific results: Method of the implants insertion was implemented in the unit of oral implantology of the National Scientific and Practical Center of the Emergency Medicine from Republic of Moldova and in some private dental offices and it was valorized in the teaching process of residents and physicians at the department of Orthopedic stomatology, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Oral Implantology, SUMPh “Nicolae Testemitanu”.
