The results of the research are reflected in 15 scientific papers published in academic journals and conference procedeeings.
Dissertaion structure: introduction, three main chapters, conclusions and recomandation, a 171 titles bibliographical list, 225-pages, one glossary.
Research aim and objective - are focused national identy concept analyse in the context of globalisation and growing up of the conflicts between cultural uniformisation trends and the strugle for mantaining national and regional identity characteristics. The researche was made according to the new tendences in text and cultural phenomenon analyse. When defining the concept of Balkan Novel, the theories elaborated on Balkan culture by specialists such as: Mircea Muthu, Julia Kristeva, Tzvetan Todorov, Vesna Goldsworthy were taken into consideration in order to underline the concept of Balkan novel regarded as an sign of originality.
The research scientific innovation consists of critical examination through multicultural and deconstruction perspective of certain aspects of Balkan postmodern writers. Texts were analysed through a multidisciplinary perspective, in order to define and describe a new narative pattern:that of the Balkan novel. Literary aproach is associated with a larger perspective due to sociolinguistic and cultural studies.
Scientific reserch methodology: literary discourse analysis, poststructuralism, comparativism, text theory, semiotics, deconstructivism, formalism, theory of cultural environment.
Theoretical significance and practical value of the disertation are determined by complex interpretation of the contemporary literary and cultural theories developed by recent works of certain authors who aims to define identity values. This critical reserch stands for the necessity of developing interdisciplinary studies.
Scientific results implementation the scientific results are important from the theoretical point
of view, avoiding the definition of the national profile of a literature, less known in Europe,
contributing to their integration in a large cultural space. Thez should be used to promote new
