Aim of research: evaluation in clinic-experimental condition of hypoxic precondition (HP) on the some pathogenetical factors of arterial hypertension.
Objectives of research: evaluation of the HP action on blood pressure values, heart rate, arterial elasticity indices, anxiety state and on parameters of oxidative stress on patients with arterial hypertension stage II undergoing antihypertensive treatment. Evaluation of the HP action on constricting and relaxing response of isolated rat aorta rings, on thioredoxine expression and amount of human endothelial cells in cell culture.
Novelty and originality of research: are primary underlined the capacity of HP to significantly increase the thioredoxine expression and amount in human endothelial cells, of arterial elasticity improving, as well as of in vitro aortic ring relaxation potentiating consequently to cholinergic stimulation.
Theoretical significance: results of study bring a fundamental support on concept concerning the mechanisms of oxidative stress, and of capacity of hypoxic precondition to increase the thioredoxine expression and amount in the human endothelial cell.
Applied value: the hypoxic precondition benefits in regard to vascular endothelium functioning improve, to elasticity of peripheral big and small arteries, and to the blood pressure dynamic, to antioxidant and anxiety states, to vegetative influences, validate the utility of HP applying as an additional option of the antihypertensive treatment of patients with arterial hypertension.
Practical implementation. The study results were proven as scientific point and have been implemented in the clinic of the Institute of Cardiology.
