The structure of the thesis: introduction, 4 chapters, general conclusions, recommendations, 218 bibliographic terms, 118 basic text pages, 63 pictures, 5 tables, 6 annexes. The obtained results are published in 8 scientific works.
The purpose: Elaboration and motivation of a new treatment procedure of the deep decay and focus acute pulpitis using the “LitAr” drug.
The works objectives: Estimation of the therapeutic efficiency in using the drug “Life” in treating of deep decay and focus acute pulpitis of the experimental animals, morpho-functional monitoring of the “LitAr” therapeutic application in treating the deep decay and focus acute pulpitis of the experimental animals, the biochemical dentino-genesis estimation of alcaline and acid phosphatases activity in dynamics of the deep decay and focus acute pulpitis therapy with “LitAr” material, the clinical estimation of the deep decay and focus acute pulpitis therapy while using “LitAr” drug and elaboration of the recommendations.
The scientific methodology: In comparative study ies of the obtained results in treating the deep decay and focus acute pulpitis through elaborated technology the following ways of research were utilized: clinical, histological, biochemical, radiological. Innovation and scientific originality: The following aspects of the approached theme were investigated for the first time: the comparative analysis on the histological level in using the “LitAr” drug in treating the deep decay and focus acute pulpitis, the biochemical and morphological reasoning.
Theoretical significance: The results of clinical and experimental investigations, demonstrate the application of „LitAr” material in the treatment of the deep decay and focus acute pulpits.
Applicative value of the work: The results of the study were used through the algorithm
elaboration of prophylaxis and treatment of the deep decay and focus acute pulpitis.
Implementation of the scientific results: the results of the scientific study were applied
in curative, didactic activity of the Therapeutic Stomatology Department of the SUMF “Nicolae
Tetemitanu”.
