Summary

Structure of thesis: introduction, 5 chapters, conclusions, bibliography of 221 sources, 128 pages of the basic text, 32 tables, 21 figures and 4 annexes. The obtained results have been published in 23 scientific works (9 articles in national journals, 5 without co-authors).

The aim of the study: Hygiene. Research objective: hygienic estimation of training and living conditions of primary school pupils with chronic respiratory diseases and elaboration of preventive measures. The objectives: Studying and estimation of particular qualities of chronic respiratory diseases at children; studying and estimation of hygienic living conditions of pupils; revealing and estimation of interrelation between chronic respiratory diseases at children and hygienic conditions of training and habitation; elaboration of one complex of preventive measures for improvement of hygienic training and residing conditions of primary school pupils and prevention of chronic respiratory diseases at children.

The innovation and scientific originality: Results of research represent actual realization of one of the new methods of research of relations between indicators of chronic respiratory diseases and indicators of working conditions at school and at home. It was demonstrated availability and value of predisposed risk factors of chronic respiratory diseases. It has been estimated clinical particular qualities, particular qualities of physical and spirometrice developments of pupils with chronic respiratory diseases, microclimate and quality of air in premises, constructional, operational and allergic aspects in classes and house. It was revealed interrelation between chronic respiratory diseases at children and factors of indoor environment. It was revealed and estimated risk of chronic respiratory diseases.

The theoretical value. Work fills up methodology of one complex with studying and analyzing of training and residing conditions of pupils with chronic respiratory diseases. It was calculated correlation between the major factors and factors of the state of health at pupils with chronic respiratory diseases. The practical value of study. Based on these results it has been developed required set of measures for prevention of chronic respiratory diseases at children. Scientific results are implemented in medical practice, in university and postgraduate education, are included in guidelines for the prevention of chronic respiratory diseases at children, and are approved by the MHRM, in National Report of Republic of Moldova on the V-th Ministerial Conference on Environment and Health (2010).
