Summary

Thesis structure: the introduction, three chapters, the general conclusions and recommendation, 197 bibliographica sources, it is stated on 132 pages, contains 10 drawings, 65 tables, 65 appendices. Scientific results are presented at 8 international conferences, in 13 publications, including 5 scientific reviewed magazines.

Field of study of the thesis: teoretico-methodological approaches in the field of business in a domestic trade context, and also maintenance of economic and administrative viability of the enterprises.

Solved scientific problem. The author considers that concepts of the problem enterprise, economic and administrative viability, a way and remodeling systems of management of the enterprise as defining factor in maintenance of economic and administrative viability are insufficiently investigated ways. Also in works of economists concepts of viability and viability potential aren't differentiated. The scientific hypothesis consists in solving influence of system of management, its condition, quality and viability on a condition of financial and economic indicators and economic viability as a whole.

The research objective consists in the teoretico-methodological approach in maintenance of economic and administrative viability of the enterprises, the diagnostic analysis of the system of management and of the economic situation for the purpose of revealing of problems which modern enterprises face international research in the area of existing practices and prospects in area and working out of recommendations concerning ways and means of maintenance of economic and administrative viability of small and average trade enterprises.

Research problems: research and a substantiation of the necessity of the system approach in management of the enterprises with a view of maintenance of economic and administrative viability; specification of the concept of viability, the potential of viability and the problem enterprise; working out of methodology of research of economic and administrative potential; identification of development tendencies of domestic trade and business in a context of formation of operating conditions of the problem enterprises; the analysis of economic viability and diagnosing of administrative subsystems of the enterprises; working out of recommendations about strengthening of administrative potential; revealing of ways of maintenance of the economic potential as a result of modeling of the system of management.

Scientific novelty and originality: working out of the scheme of system model of management of the enterprise; teoretico-methodological specification and addition of the concept of viability, the potential of viability, the problem enterprise; carrying out of the system diagnostic analysis of economic and administrative viability of trade enterprises of the sphere of business; multicriterion analysis of domestic trade and business and tendencies of their development in Moldova; revealing of economic and administrative problems in development of the enterprises and a substantiation of necessity of the modification and additions in the legislation concerning insolvency.

The theoretical significans: synthesis and addition of theoretical concepts of the problem enterprise, economic and administrative viability, and also viability potential; generalization of tendencies of development of domestic trade and business in Republic Moldova; working out of system methodology of the diagnostic analysis of the problem enterprises.

The applicative value: realization of the economic and administrative diagnostic analysis of the enterprises and revealing of potential of their viability; revealing of ways of maintenance of economic and administrative viability of the enterprises by means of working out of recommendations about strengthening of potential of administrative viability and ways of improvement of economic viability under the influence of improvement of system of management.

The implementation of the scientific results: applied results of the research have been introduced: in the process of activity of the enterprises - the results of caried out diagnostic analysis, the internal regulations and structural organizina schemes have been confirmed at General meeting of the Founders of the investigated enterprises and have been assumed as a basis of accepting of administrative decisions on remodeling of economic and administrative systems of the enterprises; in process of working out and introduction of the Program of support of development of the small and average enterprises in Beltsy as a part of the consulting commission on financial and economic questions of Beltsky municipal council.
