Summary

Thesis structure: introduction, three chapters, general conclusions and recommendations, a bibliography of 278 sources, 4 annexes, 8 tabless, 146 pages. The results of work have been exposed in 2 monographs and 16 scientific articles published in scientific journals in Moldova and abroad.

The field of research: This paper is a survey of international approaches to the regional conflicts settlement in the context of international relations theory and global development.

The aim of this survey is the theoretic and analytical research of systemic international strategies to solve regional conflicts in generalization of international political experience, to manage the international Palestine-Israeli conflict and implementation of peace in the Middle East and Moldova. To achieve the proposed goal was submitted to the following objectives: historiographical research of Palestine-Israeli conflict; conceptual theoretical formulation of basis and methodological international strategies research of solving Palestine-Israeli conflict at the contemporary stage; the analysis of the evolution process of internationalization of the Palestine-Israeli conflict; effective analysis of the international strategies in the context of solution of the Palestine-Israeli conflict; establishing new trends in contemporary international strategies, as well as proposals made to resolve regional conflicts, and in particular of the transnistrean conflict.

The scientific novelty and originality of the work is in following: analysis of the researches on the Palestine-Israeli conflict in Arab and English languages placed in Western academic media; analytical and systemic studying of international documents and papers of specialized institutions on Palestine of UN and EU; speeches of politicians and state leaders of Israel, Palestine, USA, Russia, Moldova, as well as of international and regional organization. Author proposes the solution of the important scientific problem based on the results of the research as the justification, under the new realities of global development of the reviewing of the regional conflicts international strategies, taking into account the contemporary international context, the format of the negotiation process and the role of all actors.

Theoretical significance and applicative value of the research: In the PhD paper have been analyzed historiography and issues of contemporary international strategies in political science and international relations theory; there have been determined the characteristics, tendencies and perspectives of their formation and implementation in the context of contemporary global processes. This allowed the author to expose in a new manner the role of international factors and the directions of international strategies of solving regional conflicts. The research materials can be used in writing scientific works (monographs, thesis), workbooks, training materials on subjects of international relations theory conflictology, the political history of the Republic of Moldova, international history. The thesis materials can be used in learning at different levels (school, high school, university), of preventing issues of the conflicts, their solving and building peaceful relations.

The achievement of the scientific results: The research results have been presented at 4 international conferences, in 2 monographs and scientific articles published in collections specialized magazines edited in Republic of Moldova and Romania.
