Summary

Tutunaru Mariana. „Hygienic evaluation of education conditions in vocational school in light industry and argument of measures for their improving”. The thesis of a doctor in medicine. Chisinau, 2012. The structure of thesis: introduction, 5 chapters of personal research, conclusions, practical recommendations, bibliography of 166 sources, 8 annexes. The material is exposed to 132 basic text pages, include 82 figures, 27 tables. The obtained results are published in 15 scientific works. Key-words: secondary vocational education institutions, educational process, training conditions, occupational factors, indices goniometry, health status. The aim of the study: Hygiene. Research objective: Health situation evaluation of pupils in relation with the specific programms and educational and occupational medium quality in the vocational schools of light, and argumentation of the sanitation measures of the professional education and training conditions. The objectives: health status of schoolgirls from secondary vocational education institutions and the determinant factors; educational system of schoolgirls; training and habitual conditions; family entourage, social status; food and risky behavior. The innovation and scientific originality: There was studied health status in relation with occupational medium: plans and schedules lessons, educational and habitual conditions and asses nutritional status. Making tests among to the schoolgirls allowed the accumulation of the informations concerning to the estimation of complexity degree of taught subjects, estimation of family entourage and social status, food, risky behavior. The important scientific problem solved in the thesis. It was elucidated situation health in relation with her determinants, wich are behaviour, nutrition, habitual, education and training conditions. The theoretical value. Study results revealed multiple deficiencies of organization of education process and the creation of hygienic conditions of occupational and habitual environment of schoolgirls. The practical value of study. Complex approach, a deep and comprehensive analysis of accumulate information as part of scientific study allowed to elaborate and implementation a complex of measures oriented towards improving of education conditions and professional education of schoolgirls. Scientific results are implemented in medical practice, in university and postgraduate education, are included in guidelines.
