The goal and objectives of the dissertation: Purpose of the thesis is to research complex space-temporality of law and developing a general theory of action of legal norms in time and space. Objectives of the presented thesis are oriented for development of complex and systemic research on subjects linked to dimensions of legal norms.

Scientific novelty and originality is expressed by making a complex, multilateral and theoretical scientific on practical dimension of law and action of norms in space and time, considering the experience of advanced countries and qualitative changes of domestic legal systems in context of European integration of Moldova.

The theoretical significance of the thesis: The thesis is a complex value concept and contains multiple references that integrate information, concepts, opinions disciplinary and interdisciplinary from general theory of law on spatial-temporal action legal norms.

The practical significance of the research: As a result of scientific study was formulated a set of proposals and recommendations on Theoretical and Practical Implementation which may significantly influence the development of legislation and improve practical dimension of law.

Scientific results of dissertation is manifested in the fact that the materials of developed research is applied in the university teaching in context of discipline General Theory of Law (cycle 1 and 2 BA and MA). The materials also, can be used by practitioners.
