Summary

Structure of the thesis includes an introduction, threechapters,general conclusions and recommendations, bibliography of 152 titles,130 pages of basic text, 9 tables, 21figures, 13 formulas. The results are published in10 scientific works, with the total volume of 5, 3 autor’s sheets.

The domain of study: international economic relations. Theoretical approaches, methodological and applied disclosed sentence relating to the impact of globalization on the sustainability of small and medium enterprises in the Republic of Moldova to the stage of economic development.

The purpose and objectives of the thesis are to develop theoretical-methodological and practical principle of analysis and instrumentation the sustainability of small and medium enterprises, investigating complex influences that globalization has on the activity of small and medium enterprises as well as grounding a model leading to optimization of the activity of thesmall and medium enterprisesin the modern period.

Scientific novelty of the investigation resulting in: development of theoretical and methodological aspects concerning the extension of globalization and its impact on the sustainability of small and medium enterprises; achieving an original approach consisting in systematizing the specific strategies of small and medium enterprises in the global business environment and emphasizing the role of strategic partnerships to ensure the sustainability of small and medium enterprises; achieving a practical approach - original methodology, which was implemented quantitative research to explain the factors affecting the sustainability of SMEs in terms of globalization; highlighting correlations between variables identifed, developing a regression model to test its importance given the globalization of the decision makers in small and medium enterprises; identifying the implications of globalization in sustainable economic development macroeconomic and microeconomic; creating and implementing a management plan template - marketing for SMEs to optimize work under specific influences of globalization fenomenlui

The important scientific problem solved in the thesis involves identifying factors expressing the influence of globalization on the activity of SMEs. Based on the identification of these variables as well measurements of correlations between these can substantiate regression model that expresses the intensity and direction of the concerned correlations. Also identify the factors and the degree of correlation provides a basis for model management-marketing plan for optimization decisions of in condition of manifestation of the effects of globalization.

The theoretical significance and value of the work resides in the definition of globalization, its dimensions and influence at macro and microeconomic level. Research has determined the factors that influence the activity of SMEs in terms of variables that characterize the effects of globalization currently allowed identifying and measuring the correlations between these factors and the significance of globalization in terms of perception associated with the management of SMEs in Moldova. In the framework of the thesis is outstanding the program of action to increase high effectiveness and optimization of marketing for SMEs from the influence determinants effects of globalization.

Implementation and approval of scientific results. Applicative research results were presented to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Moldova, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova to examine and implement decisions. The basic ideas, conclusions and recommendations developed in this thesis have been approved and recommended for implementation by Limited Liability Company "Prunean M" and "Garden Marioarei", Moldova and "Electric Monirom and more" Romania, offered implementation certificates, which are attached to this paper.
