Summary

We study in the Maxillo-Facial Surgery Center of Moldova immunological status of 101 patients with face furuncles and carbuncles, and practically healthy 50 persons. All patients were men in the age of from 15 years till 35 years. From the persons surveyed by us-78 persons of 52 % were in the age of from 15 till 20 years, to age group from 21 till 25 years 54 persons of 36 % belonged, and in the age of from 26 till 35 years were 19 persons of 12 %. Patients were hospitalized basically for 3-rd and 4-th day after the beginning of disease of 60 %. For 6-th day, and after 18 % from the general quantity of patients to this group. The standard clinical examination included the analysis of the complaints, the given anamnesis, the general status, local changes and routine parameters of a homeostasis (a pulse rate, size of arterial pressure, hemogramme).

The choice of methods and volume of investigations was defined by level of disease, a degree of intoxication, immunological reactivity of the organism. Biochemical methods defined (the general protein, albumin, globulin, bilirubin, ASAT, ALAT). Microbiological methods defined (types of a microbes, and sensitivity antibiotics). Condition of system of immunity defined on relative and absolute parameter CD3, CD20, CD4, CD8, CD16, to a level circulating immunocomplex, to the maintenance of immunoglobulins of classes A, G, M, E.

Immunocorrection carried out with use of preparation Imunofani 0,005% - 1 ml hypodermically or intramuscularly 1 time day, course of treatment of 5-10 injections. Thus, the investigations leads by us have shown, that immunomodulation therapy irrespective of the form of a purulent infection possesses expressed detoxication action. Its application in complex therapy allows increasing considerably a case of a favorable outcome of disease, including among patients with his heaviest clinical forms. Clinical efficiency her correlates with results immunological examinations of these patients for which decompensation is characteristic of immune system.

Immunocorrection action was shown both on local, and at system levels. Restoration of the broken parameters of a homeostasis under influence immunomoduliation therapy at patients with local form of a purulent infection occurred in earlier terms, than at patients to a sepsis. Use of the produced algorithm for a choice of methods diagnosis and treatment at patients with furuncles and carbuncles face and neck, has allowed to optimize more effectively process diagnosis and complex treatments of these patients.
