The thesis includes an introduction, five chapters, conclusions and recommendations, bibliography of 118 names and 7 appendices. Thesis volume: 144 pages, including 125 figures and 6 tables. The content of the thesis was published in 17 scientific papers, including 12 single author papers, 5 papers in peer reviewed journals, 12 patents.
Field of study: development and research on multipliers planetary precesionals gear box, theoretical argumentation, design manufacture and testing of experimental multiplier planetary precession gear box.
The main goal of this paper is to develop and research the complex multiplier planetary precessional gear box and recommendations on the design, manufacture and future exploitation. Scientific novelty and value of the work. Consists in developing and patenting conceptual structures for precessional gear box multiplier.
Scientific research methodology is to create a platform based on models and methods of theoretical and experimental research, which enables us to solving the election of minimum pressure angle, to obtain low starting torque and power losses in the multiplier precessional gear box.
Implementation of research results. A collective monograph has been elaborated used in the process of studies and research. Following experimental research we developed nomograms for choosing pressure angle and recommendations for estimating power losses in the multiplier design and manufacture experimental prototype.
