Thesis structure: introduction, four chapters, general conclusions and recommendations; 142 pages of basic text with 33 tables and 24 figures; bibliography of 257 titles; 18 annexes. The results are published in 25 scientific papers.
Field of study: Therapy, veterinary pharmacology and toxicology.
The aim of the thesis is to study the impact of the BioR remedy on the pro-antioxidant status in broilers and quails in different biological substrates, elaboration of the health improvement and productivity enhacement procedure in broilers and its implementation in production.
Objectives: to determine the impact of BioR on the pro-antioxidant status in broilers and quails; elaboration of the regimen and optimal dosage of the remedy administration; elaboration of the health improvement and productivity enhacement procedure in broilers.
Scientific novelty. For the first time it has been elucidated the impact of the BioR remedy on the pro-antioxidant status in different biological substrates in broilers and quails. Have been estimated the marker parameters of endotoxicosis, histidine dipeptides and nitric oxide derivatives in various biological substrates in broilers and quails. Have been developed new procedures of health improvement and productivity enhacement in broilers and reconditioned quails.
The important scientific problemsolved in the thesis consists in elucidating the impact of the BioR remedy on the pro-antioxidant status in broilers and quails, scientific rationale for multilateral remedy testing, which led to the elaboration of the regimen and the optimal dose administration in broilers and reconditioned quails, as well as the approval of a procedure of health improvement and productivity enhacement in broilers.
Theoretical significance: elucidation of the mechanisms that underlie the action of BioR on the pro-antioxidant status in broilers and quails, studying the peculiarities of the system in intact broilers and quails, as well as the elucidation of risk factors in sustained broiler breeding.
Practical value: elaboration and approval of optimization procedures of the pro-antioxidant status in broilers and quails, and the rationality of their usage in zooveterinary field, as well as highlightment of the optimal period of broiler slaughter.
Implementation of the scientific results: Has been obtained one patent, and practical recommendations were edited by MAFI. The results of the thesis are used in the scientific and didactic process, within the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, the Faculty of Zootehny and Biotechnology, SAUM.
