Summary

The dissertation is devoted to corporate administration of joint-stock companies of Republic Moldova, namely financial aspect. The purpose of work is development and a scientific substantiation of methodical positions and practical recommendations on management of the finance of corporations, in particular joint-stock companies in Republic Moldova.

In dissertational work the urgency of a theme of research is proved, the purposes, problems, a subject and object of research are determined, the brief characteristic of structure of work, its{her} scientific novelty and value is given.

The basic directions of development of joint-stock companies are revealed, their financial problems in transitional conditions are generalized, the analysis of foreign experience of management is lead by the finance of corporations, theoretical approaches to research of the finance of corporations are generalized. The conclusion about an insufficient level of research of specificity of management by the finance in joint-stock companies is made.

Approaches to definition of essence of the finance of the enterprises and corporations are analysed, features of the finance of corporations are revealed, financial risks of corporations are systematized and methodical positions of an estimation of a management efficiency by the finance of corporations are developed.

Experience of development of joint-stock companies in Republic Moldova is analysed, the control system of the finance on concrete joint-stock companies is investigated, recommendations on perfection of management by the finance of joint-stock company at macroeconomic and corporate levels are developed.

In dissertational work the concept of the finance of corporation is offered, and also features of the finance of corporation in the general structure of a category the finance are revealed, the system of parameters of an estimation of a management efficiency by the finance of corporation, on the one hand as major component of the financial mechanism, and on the other hand as tool of increase of a level of financial management of corporation is proved.

Methodical positions and conclusions of dissertational work can be used by bodies of the government and management by development of the program of development of domestic economy, controls of corporations and joint-stock companies by development of programs and procedures of perfection of management.
