The dissertation for the doctor's degree is devoted to theoretical and practical problems of planning and revealing the reserves of increase of productivity of work in agrarian sector.
On the basis of study of the proved works of the scientific economists the author concretizes the concept and forms of productivity of work, stating his own opinion on economic categories "productive labour" and "productivity of work ", and also contents of the law about increase of productivity of work. Further the author distinguishes productivity of work upon the reception of measurement of results, the degree of scope and duration of distribution of received production.
In the given dissertation is proved that for achievement of high efficiency of work productivity use, combination and replacement of production factors is necessary during their use at a level of branch and agricultural culture. The variation of one factor, in sense of its growth, causes change of production.
In continuation the parameters of efficiency of production factors are offered.
The author proves necessity and methodology of planning of productivity of work in plant growing, justifying that its planning is the basic condition of both correct definition and achievement of the paramount purposes and tasks on increase of productivity of personal structure. It is offered to carry out planning of growth of productivity of work on economy of time expressed by relative economy of personal structure, carried out by various technique and organizational measures.
The analysis of economic development of agrarian sector shows that the economic efficiency of intensification of agricultural manufacture is reduced, and the level of use of production factors has undergone negative changes that have resulted in decrease of the level of general agricultural, economic and financial profitability. The author studies manpower, offering alongside with known parameters of measurement of an economic efficiency of a manpower and other parameters: duly and high-quality realization of agricultural works, use of working hours, economy of time per piece, reduction of uniform cost and achieving of the additional profit. By exact calculations is proved that on how many agricultural enterprises have the greater area of agricultural land, a labour is more effectively used.
On the basis of studies of the literature on the given theme the parameters of productivity of work are specified, is carried out the analysis of productivity of work in plant growing for the period 1996-2004, in comparison with its level in other countries. The author offers a structural - logical model of the analysis of the factors of productivity of work. The productivity of work and factors of influence on it in the agricultural enterprises of rayon Râscani is most deeply analyzed. In the given dissertation the new method of planning of productivity of work based on planning of yearly average number of the workers, gain and general volume of total production is offered. The offered method allows to keep for the planned period a performance level as it is the level of the first year of the basic period plus an average gain of productivity for the next years of the basic period.
The important place in the dissertation is given to ways of increase of productivity of work in plant growing. The author gives reason for necessity of an effective utilization of manpower with direct connection with the labour productivity level. He gives reason for opportunities of planning of branches, specialization and their connection with productivity of work.
On the basis of the analysis of the rich information is proved that the growth of productivity of work in plant growing can be supplied with appropriate equipment of labour with productive means that determines growth of manufacture and reduction of spent working hours. Other reserve of growth of productivity of work is the improvement of payment of work, which level in agriculture is lower in comparison with other branches of national economy.
In the dissertation the factors determining motivation of work, rating of motivation of the workers of agricultural formations are investigated, the new tariff scale for the agricultural enterprises and method of differentiation of norms of material compensation from cost of received superscheduled production is offered.
The special attention is given to forecasting of productivity of work. In
