Summary

The given thesis is dedicated to the research of the problems of the evolution wine-making industry and the viticulture of Republic of Moldova and development of the methods of the increase of efficiency of the wine-making enterprises by implementation of the strategic management. With this purpose in work was considered the scientific - theoretical basis of the strategic management, because of with which were revealed the most effective strategies of development of the wine-making enterprises.

In this work was given the evaluation of the dynamics of development of the wine-making industry and the viticulture and level it of the economic efficiency. The reasons hindering successful development of the given sector are revealed. In this work is developed the technique of determination of the integrated economic efficiency of production of the grapes, it of processing, production of the wine-making production and its realization to the consumer.

Proceeding from the strategic analysis of the wine-making industry and the viticulture, in this work were recommended the main directions of increase of efficiency of the wine-making enterprises, to which concern: the development of the short-term strategies, which will supply improving the economical and financial position of the wine-making enterprises; the development of the mechanism of vertical integration between the suppliers processing enterprises and stage of distribution of production; the offer of the measures for the increase of efficiency of the Program of development of the viticulture and the wine-making industry for 2002-2020; the development of paths of improvement of efficiency of the strategies at a corporate level.

The methodical and the practical recommendations stated inside work are applied at some enterprises of the Republic of Moldova.
