This dissertation examines the vegetables production at the present moment, the problems with which collide the manufacturers of vegetables and way of increase of an economic efficiency of vegetable production.

One of the basic criteria of reception of effective production is optimum use of production factors. With this purpose, on the basis of the received results of the agricultural enterprises from the Central zone of Republic Moldova was established, that from the economic point of view the optimum doze of the brought in fertilizers makes 29,1 kg a.s./ha, with irrigation not less than 75,1 % of the general area cultivated by vegetables. The optimum combination of these two factors, fertilizer and irrigation, provides reception of a crop on 43,85 %.

One of the basic directions of development and effective activity of sector of manufacture and processing of vegetables - is integration of these two branches, the vegetable’s grow and canning industry. With this purpose it is offered to organize manufacture of vegetables in the closed cycle of manufacture. The mechanism of integration of manufacture and processing of vegetables allows to use more effectively production factors, increase of quality of production and reception of expected financial results.
