The present thesis is devoted to a research of wine production export increase problems because of introduction of Quality Management System. With this purpose the scientific-theoretical basis of quality management and products certification methods were analyzed in work.
The evolution of export of wine production of Republic of Moldova and main seller's markets were investigated in the work. Also, the quality of wine production and paths of its sales were evaluated on basis of some local enterprises.
The outcomes of researches have proved, that the quality of wine production depends mainly on quality of used raw material. Thus, the tendencies of development of viticulture and qualitative parameters of the grapes, as a basic element in quality assurance of production are investigated.
Proceeding from the delivered problems, the development, introduction and certification phases of Quality Management System were considered, and some offers on their improving were represented in work. The remedial management is justified and the schemes of processes necessary for introduction of a Quality Management System on the wine-enterprises are developed. The optimum parameters for an evaluation of the processes analysis of Quality Management System are selected. The mechanism of creation of an integrated Quality Management System is offered and justified. The technique for an evaluation of an integrated economic efficiency of introduction of a Quality Management System is developed.
With the purposes of increase of wine production export the necessity of use of factoring’s operations is justified, the optimum models of factoring operations for various groups of the wine-enterprises are offered in work. The effective paths for increase of export of wine production, which closely are connected to introduction of a Quality Management System, are developed. These are: the mechanism of careful check of exported production for the enterprises, which have not introduced a Quality Management System; promoting of image, marks and brands of the enterprises; participation in international competitions, as a main method of promoting of image of wine production of Republic of Moldova at an international level; production of wines named by the place of origin for promoting of wine production export on the elite segments of the market.
The recommendations stated in the present work, are successfully applied on some wine-enterprises of Republic of Moldova.
