To the thesis for the doctor degree in economic science with the title ”The theoretical – methodological research of the agro – industrial complex of the Republic of Moldova” that is managed, in accordance with the contemporary requirements, could be transferred from endowed to attractive for the European Union.
The purpose of this paper was the elaboration of the concept and methodology of the system changes of the agro industrial complex and the establishment of certain specific recommendations for the intensification of this process.
The scientific novelty of this research is the foundation of economic management utilization of the agro industrial complex, which has as support the following policies: regional investment, budget, fiscal and industrial; the complex development management through economic mechanisms, the determination of the general effects of the financial economic policy, the elaboration of simulation models and of durable development of the agro industrial complex, to point out the scenarios of the Republic of Moldova adhesion to the economic structures of the European Union.
The application value of this paper consists in the definition of the agro-industrial complex current situation, the elaboration of macroeconomic policies for the purpose of economic promotion and relaunch, the improvement of the methodology of pragmatic interpretation of products indices to obtain competitive agro industrial products, the use of simulation models for the evaluation of the economic balance, the motivation of the economic adhesion of the republic of Moldova to the European Union economic structures; the preparation and improvement of specialists in the given field. The theoretical investigations and methodological elaborations reflected in the thesis will be used to conclude the strategy of the continuous development of the Republic of Moldova.
