Structure of the thesis: The doctoral thesis is constituted from introduction, three main chapters, conclusions and recommendations, literature comprising 108 titles, 10 annexes, 170 pages of thesis body text, 13 figures and 24 tables. The obtained results were publishes in about 7 scientific articles.
The research area: Economic theories and implementation of the economic policies in Moldova according to the economic principles and provisions.
The scope and goals of the work: Analyse of the economic development in the context of the modern economic theories. Elaborate and formulate adequate economic policies for achieving an efficient and balanced development of the national economy.
The scientific novelty and originality of the work: consists in building of a system of balanced economic growth taking into account the main domestic and external factors. Namely, considering the process of economic development in the context of globalization and European Integration, spread of the regional economic and financial crisis, equilibrium policies, and sustainable development.
Theoretical and practical value of the work: It is proposed to use a methodology based on multilateral scientific analysis of the efficient national economic development which may be taken as a reference for strategic programs, policies and principles for conducting efficiently the economic policies within the country which refers both to internal and foreign policies.
Solved scientific problem: it were identified the advantages of creation and functioning of the new socio-economic relations based on European integration and European values. The effects were described in relation to the implementation of the strategy on economic development and directions for promoting the new economic system. The implementation of the scientific results of the work was approved within scientific events such as conferences and workshops being published in seven scientific articles and five articles in relevant scientific journals.
