Summary

The PHG paper is dedicated to the state budget study, the analysis of its reasons of creation, as well as the implementation of proposals on its decrease and efficient use of resources of financing state budget deficit.

During the research and analysis of the state budget deficit, a wide set of its determining factors was revealed.

It was made a detailed analysis of state budget, as well as other macroeconomic indicators, which influence budget deficit.

The given work, also, includes the analysis of world practice in combating and financing budget deficit.

The author elaborated and determined functional liaison between budget deficit and indicators of economic development.

There were also proposed measures on the reduction of budget deficit.

There were defined financing methods of state budget deficit and conditions of implementing concrete methods.

It was also proposed an economic-mathematical model on the liaison of budget deficit, state debt and rate of economic growth on long-run period.
