Thesis structure: introduction, three chapters, general conclusions and recommendations, bibliography of 176 titles, 16 annexes, 140 pages of basic text, 33 figures, 34 tables. The results obtained are published in 10 scientific papers.

Aim of the research: Theoretical foundation and development of pedagogical model for study process of the object-oriented programming through LMS.
Objectives of the research:
The solved scientific problem consists in the theoretical-praxiological substantiation of the efficiency of the process of study of the course Object Oriented Programming by developing a teaching-learning-evaluation pedagogical model based on the POO university course focused on the use of LMS, oriented towards the formation of the OOP's competence to future specialists in computer science (including in the field of Education Sciences (ES)), which effect is optimizing the Object-Oriented Programming competency.
The practical value of the research results from the elaborated methodology and the possibility of its integration within the OOP university course through the implementation of the LMS in order to train the OOP for IT specialists and ES. Implementation of the scientific results: the elaborated methodology is used in the teaching of the OOP university course within the Faculty of Physics, Mathematics and Information Technologies at the State University of Tiraspol.
