Summary

This thesis represents a comparative-scientifical research on the influence of the electoral systems on the development of the pluriparty systems from the Republic of Moldova and the State of Israel. In this means have been realized a theoretical-methodologycal synthesis reffering to this theme. Also it comprises a comparative analysis of the evolution of the electoral and party systems from both countries. The author have inferred all the existent features of pluriparty system in the Republic of Moldova and Israel. The investigation at present is determined by the events that happen in both states and the importance of choosing the wright electoral sysytem in each country. The theoretical significance of the thesis is assured by the interdisciplinary approach of the subject. The empirical base of the thesis consists of an analitical study from monografs, books, dictionaries, scientifical articles and periodicals of different authors from the Republic of Moldova and the State of Israel. A particular importance in this research have the investigation of different documents and laws.

The thesis is structured in three chapters that totally reflects the goal of this research. The first chapter is a theoretical-methodological research, the second and third chapters have a practical approach. In the first part of the thesis the author analysis such concepts as:”elections”, „electoral system”, „party system”, „pluriparty system”, „proprtional representation”. The second and the fird chapters include the comparative analysis of the electoral and party systems from the Republic of Moldova and the State of Israel during the historycal-politologycal evolution.

The conclusions and recomendations inferred in the result of the investigations are wellcomed for the consolidation process of the party system from the Republic of Moldova and the State of Israel. Also they take into consideration the modifications that would follow in the context of the electoral system. The conclusions and recomendations are addressed to the social political organizations, educational and scientifical structures from the Republic of Moldova and the State of Israel, decision-making factors of the legislative body.
