Summary

The structure of the thesis: introduction, three chapters, general conclusions and recommendat ions, bibliography of 157 tit les and annexes, 150 pages of basic text. The results are published in 14 scientific papers.

The purpose of thesisis a comprehensive study of the individual contract of construction – distribut ion agreement, determining its legal nature and place in the system of civil and commercial contracts, development of research proposals, in order to uniform and standardized skill distribution agreement in science and practice.

The objectives: analysis of the current state of the legislat ion and research of the Republic of Moldova and foreign countries concerning the legal regulation of the distribution agreement, as well as identify issues of legal regulation of a distribution agreement and development proposal and recommendations on introduction of additions and amendments to the existing legislation aiming at a comprehensive regulation of issues related to legal regulation of a distribution agreement.

Scientific novelty and originality lies in the fact that in theses for the first time the current scientific aspects of the legal regulation of the distribution contract in the Republic of Moldova and the problems of its application are described comprehensively and comprehensively, and on this basis the author developed a unified approach to the issue of the legal regulation of distributor relations in general and distribution agreement in particular, providing the possibility of practical use of the theoretical results obtained and the solution of existing solutions problems.

The main solving scientific problem concludes in the development of the instrument identifiers and scientific motifs of the legal nature of the contract and the distribution of the contract, which deals with the theoretical and practical application in civil and commercial matters, in accordance with the contract, how we separate the amended law and the law used in civil law.

The theoretical significance and value of the work is that a number of scientific and theoretical conclusions have been made about the legal regulation of the distribution contract, which are not regulated by the current legislation and are not investigated in the science of civil law. The results of the research are important from a methodological point of view, for research and scientific development of the concepts of the distribution contract.

Implementation of scientific results: Taking into consideration the complex nature ofworkand practical proposals,the achievedresultscan be used for improvement of legislation, in educational institutions and by experts since they offer a new vision of legislation and practices in this field.The results o f the research are proposed to the Parliament of the Republic o f Moldova and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova for making additions to the legislative and regulatory acts in the field of legal regulation of the distribution agreement.
