560 patients treated in surgical clinic, Republican Clinical Hospital, Republic of Moldova during the period 1998-2006 years and 160 patients in the hospital Althura Republic Yemen were included in study.
The aim of the study was comparing analyze between methods of diagnosis and treatment in countries where study was performed and selecting the best methods.
For establishing of diagnosis additionally to anamnesis were used following methods: ultrasound, abdominal X-ray, endoscopical retrograde cholangio-pancreato-graphy, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging.
Was established, that the most effective method of diagnosis is ultrasound examination, which were used in all cases, another methods were used with the aim to precise the diagnosis.
After surgical treatment the best result were achieved in cases with active tactics. We are hoping, that this study will explain the method of treatment in acute calculouse colecystitis.
