Structure of the thesis: introduction, 4 chapters, conclusions and recommendations, bibliography of 184 titles, 7 annexes, 116 pages of basic text, 21 tables, 32 figures. The results were presented in 24 publications and 4 patents, which were exhibited at national and international scientific forums.

Domain of study: agricultural sciences Purpose of the thesis: the study of the mechanized cutting applied to the vine according to the management system of the horns for the wine varieties.

Objectives of the research: - improvement of the existing forms of vineyard management with the free placement of the shoots by the accommodation of the fruit formations at the mechanical cutting of the strings;
- elaboration of agrotechnical methods for the formation of horns, taking into account the agrobiological particularities of the varieties; upgrading the trellis, which would provide a more advantageous level of this technological process.

The scientific novelty and originality of the work: for the first time in the Republic of Moldova, the mechanized cutting of the vine was developed by upgrading the trellis, improving the shape of the hub after the driving system with the free placement of the shoots The scientific problem solved: the argumentation of the application of the devices to the mechanized cutting of vine chords, which excludes the unfavorable action of this process on the quantity and quality of the harvest, as well as the longevity of the vineyards.

Theoretical significance: the experimental data obtained were the basis of the modernization of the trellis, the improvement of the boulder formation system and their adaptation to the technological requirements of the complex mechanization.

Practical value of the work: it has been shown the possibility of applying mechanized cutting devices with manual adjustment of the hub load according to the biological method, which increases harvest quality and economic effect, reduces manual labor costs.
