Summary

Thesis structure: introduction, four chapters, general conclusions and recommendations, bibliography of 244 titles, 4 annexes, 130 pages of basic text, 92 figures, 12 tables, 2 formulae. The results of the research were published in 21 scientific papers.

Field of Study: 323.01 - Dentistry

Purpose of the paper: comparative study on treatment of prosthetic implants in different loading times.

Research objectives: the implant-prosthetic treatment efficiency for determine period of remodeling and examination in blood serum biochemical markers: termolabil alkaline phosphatase, resistant tartrat acid phosphatase, calcium, zincum, magnesium, phosphorus, the implant-prosthetic treatment efficiency for determine muscules disorder and rehabilitation, control of restauration of occlusal plane with examination electromyography of the sthomatognatic system, comparative analysis and monitoring loading of dental implants in different times of treatment, elaboration treatment scheme for implant- prosthetic rehabilitation.

Research methodology. The paper is based on the current concepts of partial edentulism using endosseous dental implants. Comparative studies as well as data analysis have been conducted in the treatment of prosthetic implants with different loads. The following methods were used for scientific research: clinical method, radiological analysis, periotestometry, statistical analysis of results.

Scientific novelty. For the first time in Republic of Moldova were studied the immediate and early loading terms of dental implants and customized personal algorithm in implant treatment what solve different edentulous cases by various prosthetic with immediate and early rehabilitation, with efficiciency and more less traumatic of patients.

Theoretical significance and value of the work. Acording to modern protocol was proposed immediate and early loading of dental implants and customized personal algorithm of implantprosthetic treatment for keeping intact periimplant soft tissue and the teeth bordering with morpho-functional and psiho-social rehabilitation of edentulous patients.

Implementation of scientific results. The scientific results of the work were implemented in the therapeutic activity of the University Dental Clinic, ”Nicolae Testemițanu”, Department of propaedeutics “Pavel Godoroja” and private dental practice “Master Dent”.
