Summary

Thesis structure: The paper comprises an introduction, four chapters, general conclusions and recommendations, 124 references, 7 annexes, 113 pages, 72 figures, 9 tables. The results are published in 6 scientific papers. Keywords: electro-mechanical system, wiredrawing, winder, vector control, fuzzy controllers.

Field of study - refers to the electrical, electrotechnical and electromechanical engineering sciences.

The main goal consists of researching electromechanical systems, synthesis of advanced control structures for the automation and increasing the efficiency of industrial processes for the manufacture of electrical wires and cables The methodology of scientific research is based on the theory of electromechanical systems, the methods of vector control and adaptive control of electrical drives, mathematical modeling.

Objectives of the paper:Analysis and identification of the problems of the electromechanical system of the wiredrawing line, development of the EMS structures for improving the performance of the process of winding of the drawn wire, elaboration a new concept of the control system, modeling the EMS of winder with scope to identifying the performance of the system.

The novelty and scientific originality of the paper consists in identifying the particularities of the industrial processes for the production of electric wires and cables and elaboration of new structures of specific adaptive electromechanical systems based on electronic power converters and programmable control means.

The important scientific problem solved consists in the synthesis of special electromechanical systems adaptable for industrial installations for the production of metal wires by wire drawing with reliability, productivity and increased energy efficiency.

The theoretical importance. The thesis brings specific scientific contributions to the adaptive electromechanical systems for the installations for the manufacture of electrical wires.

The practical value of the work. In thesis, the electromechanical systems of wiredrawing lines was analyzed and estimated the performance of them, the main technological parameter that determines the efficiency of the drawing process was identified.

Implementation of researchresults were used when were adjusted the thick, medium and fine wire drawing lines in the Tehelectro-SV S.R.L. company from Chisinau
