The dissertation is devoted to management of marketing services in joint-stock companies. The purpose of work is scientific definition and a substantiation of methodical indications and practical recommendations concerning organizational management of marketing services.
In dissertational work the urgency of a theme of research is proved, the purposes, problems, a subject and object of research are determined, the brief characteristic of structure of work, its scientific novelty and value is given.
In work theoretical bases of the organization of marketing in joint-stock companies are analysed, the basic problems in system of management of marketing services in new modern conditions are revealed, and also evolution of development of the joint-stock company giving services by the example of joint-stock company IATSA-Constanţa is shown.
The estimation and diagnostics of a condition and prospects of development of marketing services of joint-stock company IATSA-Constanţa have been lead. As a result of carrying out of sociological research problems of management have been revealed by marketing services, scripts of their decision are developed.
Ways of perfection of a control system by marketing services for joint-stock company IATSA-Constanţa have been offered and recommended for use in joint-stock company of such kind.
