The doctor’s thesis id dedicated to the theoretical and practical researches, the organization and planning of wine growing production. Having studied the scientific works of the economic scientists the author concretizes the essence and contient of the organization and planning of the vinicultural production, motivates the role of these two economic subjects as a basis of management. A particular attention is paid to the methodological bases of the work organization, to the method and indicators the economical efficiency estimation of wine growing production.

The studying of the evolution and analysis of the vinicultural development demonstrates the decrease of its efficiency. The utilization of the indicators system of the dynamic series proves the reduction of the grapes production in the Republic of Moldova during 1990-2005 years on the average by 2,28 q/ha. Afterwards the author studies the organization and planning of wine growing production at the level of enterprise and subdivisions, pointing out the positive parts and the role of the technological cards in the marketing up of the business-plan.

A particular attention is paid to the perfecting directions of the organization, planning and increase of the economical efficiency of the vinicultural production. The author elaborated the evaluations method of the economical efficiency of the grapes by varieties, the profit distribution between the manufactures of the wine growing production obtained from 1 t of grapes, the consumption norms on 1 ha of fructified vineyards with different productivities and on 1 q of grapes. By concrete calculations the author motivated the optimum plan of the tualitative surfaces with diverse varieties, the influence of the production factors on the increase of the economical efficiency of the vinicultural production in the agricultural enterprises of Ciadîr-Lunga, Vulcăneşti and Comrat districts.
