Present article defines that increasing dynamics and uncertainly modern business conditions are considerably changing the role of planning activities. Together with external medium changes, internal medium of an enterprise also is changing its purposes, defined by the conditions of household situation, firm's structure, its financial and other resources. During the transition to the market economy, firstly the planning subject is changing. A plan can be approved only by the owner or any person enforced by the later, that is responsible for enterprise household activity results. The plan is attached to any contract between economic agents.
The classical definition of business plan allows acknowledging with the state of the whole enterprise, evaluation of all its perspectives and problems, presenting it as an economic system's model. Besides prognosis of the main business activity's development, it includes plans of different innovations implementation, leading to further qualitative and intensive business development, instead of just quantitative business expansion. That is why it is need for a thorough and balanced management and growth planning. For this purpose is necessary to point out some specific innovations through innovational projects, to prepare business plans for them and follow the way of their realization.
Business planning and projects management in the framework of an company suppose to have a system approach for which it is necessary to build the enterprise's model taking into consideration defined purposes and development rules of such economic systems, to follow the structure of the company, as well as its surroundings. Besides that, it is necessary to follow all changes of this complex in time: The application of a system approach is necessary to use for the business planning process organization at the enterprise aiming the quality and effectiveness increase of results.
