The thesis is dedicated to the study of Human Resources Management concept within clothing factories from the Republic of Moldova. Fot this the theoretical and scientific basis of Human Resources Management, historic stages of its development, scientific algorithm and main indices of personnel management were revealed. Also, the economic and financial situation of clothing factories was analyzed, personnel function evaluated, diagnosis of Human Resources Management made and indices calculated on the example of several enterprises.
In the Thesis both the strategy for human resources was suggested and policy and objectives for the personnel developed. For further development of the branch personnel function’s reorganization was proposed, Human Resources Management’s algorithm improved and actual performing systems for different categories of the personnel sugested. Also, the correlation analysis was applied through which the dependence of economic efficiency of the enterprise from the indices of personnel management was proved.
Theoretical statements and practical recomendations, presented in the dissertation, can be used by clothing enterprises and will contribute to the increase of economic efficiency of this branch in the Republic of Moldova.
