Summary

The thesis for Doctor Degree is dedicated to theoretical and practical study referred to organization and economic efficiency of the utilization of machine and tractor station.

On the basis of analysis of scientific works of scientists in economy the author gives concrete expression to: essence and content of the scientific and technological progress, methods of economic efficiency assessment, application of new technical equipment, management of supplying with production resources and efficiency indexes of utilization of the machine and tractors station. A special attention is given to the methodological problems of utilization and planning of requirement in machinery.

Analysis of organization and utilization of machine and tractor station, shows a relative increase of machine efficiency, but its physical condition dolls not permit an achievement of high efficiency.

Further the author analyses the system components of machines, the organization and economic bases of utilization of the machine and tractor station, mechanization of labor processes. It is carried out a profound analysis of structure and efficiency of assets and machines.

A particular attention is given to the directions of economic efficiency increase of utilization of machine and tractor station. The author has developed and suggests a new method and indexes of economic efficiency assessment of utilization of machine and tractor station. The chief reserves of economic efficiency increase of utilization of machine and tractor station, in the author’s opinion are: maintenance in operating, conditions and optimum supply with farm tractors and machines, the increase, of the role of extensive and intensive factors, componency optimization of machine and tractor station, reduction prognostication of the unit cost of 1 (one) conventional ha, etc
