The Republic of Moldova supports a period of serious modernization processes because of ageing and elimination from circulation the assets administered by the economic agents.
The thesis is focused on the technologies renovation. Considering the competitive conditions, the innovative product became the entrepreneurs' peculiar tool, a way able to implement changes in different activities. The national and international competitiveness relies, essentially, on their capability to generate and assimilate new ideas. Management, as a process and art of resources administering, is seeking continuously for the innovative ways in order to raise the efficiency of the entrepreneurship activity.
The study object of the research is described through the activity of the Processing Scientific Associations (AŞP) from the agro-alimentary sector of the Republic of Moldova. Established within the period of 1970 - 1980, their activity was focused on the technical-scientific research of the association and not on the whole sector. The relations between the scientific units acting within the AŞP have proved that on the due time they provided for agricultural producers suitable conditions for raising the quantity and quality of the products. Unfortunately, the agricultural Association, by herself, is not able to meet all the market economy conditions.
Beginning with the concept of innovative management, where the author makes an analysis of diverse opinions of the local and international researchers, emphasizing the importance of the agricultural field for the economy of the Republic of Moldova, the author tries to improve the innovative management of the AŞP.
In this regard, the author makes an exhaustive analysis of the innovative management evolution within both the Republic of Moldova and the AŞP through the SWOT analysis; assesses its importance and peculiarities; emphasizes the peculiarities and costs of the innovative management.
The thesis innovative element relies on the marginal approach concerning the growth of the agricultural products on the basis of both innovative management and elaboration of some methods in order to determine its efficiency, for instance: the small and opened economy of the Republic of Moldova, mostly based on the agricultural field may become more competitive through an intensive development, namely: considering the country's limited opportunities to develop different industries, it is very important to focus the innovative management on the development of industries based on the raw material processing; the main goal of the AŞP consists in delivering the performed agricultural cultures to the raw material producers, and not the maximum profit obtaining from the commercialization of the final products; spreading of the agricultural cultures endowed with new qualities (resistance to the climate conditions etc.) and the raised competence of the economic agents acting in the agricultural field would assure a sustainable efficiency of this sector.
The author describes the innovative process of the AŞP in economic-analytical and graphic terms, working out algorithms in order to determine and interpreting the feasible variants of processing the agricultural raw material by comparing the costs with more feasible effects/efficiency.
Using the economic-mathematic tools, the author succeeds to find the economic reasoning for the innovations' spreading.
In the conclusion, the author assesses the positive impact of the innovative management on the AŞP development in the Republic of Moldova. The innovative management being determined as the driving force related to the conversion of the theoretic knowledge in technological innovation that would guarantee the growth of the agricultural products' quality and competitiveness on the national and international markets, the use of human resources involved in this field of activity, the growth of the economic agents performances in the agricultural field, and, furthermore, the economic growth of the whole country.
