"Implementation of performant management in manage of modern entrepreneurial projects”. PhD. in economics, thesis. Chisinau, 2010. Structure of thesis:
introduction, four chapters, conclusions and recommendations, bibliography (179 sources), 40
supplements, 118 pages of fundamental text, 19 tables, 7 figures and 23 formulas. Scientific
results obtained were presented at one national conference, 3 international conferences,
published in 6 scientific papers and in a monograph of the author.
Keywords: Project Management, Program Management, Project Portfolio Management,
Enterprise Project Management, Site Management, Methodology Management, project planning,
managerial tools, stochastic analysis, risk modeling.
Area of Research: Economics and Management (in entrepreneurial activity) .
Goal of Research: Study of efficiency of modern managerial tools used in contemporary
projects and assessing how current information relating to Project Management are presented
and recovered, in their attempt to streamline a company's business, financial position and
performance and to minimize, if possible, the failure rate of projects undertaken.
Research Objectives:
1.Research the specifics of the main project methodology frame and elaboration of policies
impacting on them;
2.Comparative analysis of the use of modern management tools in planning, and monitoring
performance of projects;
3.Research the managerial models for risk modeling in projects by stochastic tools Project
Management adapted;
4.Research of Site Management a Project Management concept;
Methodology: The study was prospective, randomized and/or sometimes oriented.
Scientific novelty:
•have been developed policies to create models for hybridization or production of new
methodologies projects adapted;
•have been determined the effectiveness of using modern tools in planning and monitoring of
modern projects and proposes a matrix-analysis for the optimal implementation of these tools in
modern project-based companies;
•have been set the positive aspects of modeling of risks in projects and develop a rapid and
correct way to interpret the results estimated by PERT analysis, for developing complex projects;
•have been elaborated proposals to streamline the Site Management by implementing specific
methods of contemporary information technologies;
The theoretical significance and applied value of the thesis is emphasized by its
recommendations and the concept that the basic principles, news and highlighted key findings of
the paper can be applied: in and at scientific conferences and seminars, training of the future
project managers; at the level of government administration or local government to develop
programs and projects; at the level of institution or research team in preparing documentation,
planning and monitoring the performance in scientific projects; at companies level, by the
managers, for streamline Project Management and Site Management Systems.
Implementation of scientific results is determined by letters of thanks and recognition of
methods and scientific innovations presented at various symposia, conferences or published in
scientific journals.
