"Implementation of performant management in manage of modern entrepreneurial projects”. PhD. in economics, thesis. Chisinau, 2010. Structure of thesis: introduction, four chapters, conclusions and recommendations, bibliography (179 sources), 40 supplements, 118 pages of fundamental text, 19 tables, 7 figures and 23 formulas. Scientific results obtained were presented at one national conference, 3 international conferences, published in 6 scientific papers and in a monograph of the author. Goal of Research: Study of efficiency of modern managerial tools used in contemporary projects and assessing how current information relating to Project Management are presented and recovered, in their attempt to streamline a company's business, financial position and performance and to minimize, if possible, the failure rate of projects undertaken. Research Objectives: 1.Research the specifics of the main project methodology frame and elaboration of policies impacting on them; 2.Comparative analysis of the use of modern management tools in planning, and monitoring performance of projects; 3.Research the managerial models for risk modeling in projects by stochastic tools Project Management adapted; 4.Research of Site Management a Project Management concept; Methodology: The study was prospective, randomized and/or sometimes oriented. Scientific novelty: •have been developed policies to create models for hybridization or production of new methodologies projects adapted; •have been determined the effectiveness of using modern tools in planning and monitoring of modern projects and proposes a matrix-analysis for the optimal implementation of these tools in modern project-based companies; •have been set the positive aspects of modeling of risks in projects and develop a rapid and correct way to interpret the results estimated by PERT analysis, for developing complex projects; •have been elaborated proposals to streamline the Site Management by implementing specific methods of contemporary information technologies; The theoretical significance and applied value of the thesis is emphasized by its recommendations and the concept that the basic principles, news and highlighted key findings of the paper can be applied: in and at scientific conferences and seminars, training of the future project managers; at the level of government administration or local government to develop programs and projects; at the level of institution or research team in preparing documentation, planning and monitoring the performance in scientific projects; at companies level, by the managers, for streamline Project Management and Site Management Systems. Implementation of scientific results is determined by letters of thanks and recognition of methods and scientific innovations presented at various symposia, conferences or published in scientific journals.
